Richard C. Wilson is the founder and CEO of DataRoomZ.  Richard is a bestselling author of The Hedge Fund Book: A Training Manual for Professionals & Capital-Raising Executives and The Family Office Book: Investing Capital for the Ultra-Affluent (Wiley Finance Series).  Richard has spoken over 50 times in 15+ countries around the world, and these travels and resulting relationships have led him to share stages with prime ministers, dinner with a prince, and a wedding ceremony for a royal family in Europe.

Richard recently chaired a full-day 300 person conference in Zurich and acted as Opening Day Chairman for GAIM International, the alternative investment industry’s largest and oldest conference in Monaco. Richard has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Oregon State University, an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Portland, and he has completed masters level research and coursework on the psychology of influence at Harvard University within their ALM department.

Charles B. Wilson helps develop many of the DataRoomZ’s resources content.  Charles helps produce and edit website materials, content, and other multimedia resources.  Charles has spent time recently helping us produce new features and services available through DataRoomZ.

Charles has extensive training in audio and video production.  He graduated Cum Laude from Portland State University.

Rafael Tassini is one of our DataRoomZ Research Associates.  Rafael has been conducting research for the data room industry and related work for years. Rafael is trained in research, analysis and capital raising and continues to help our team improve our products and services each year.  Rafael is always creating and researching new areas of the data room industry.  Rafael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Business from Universidade Paulista.

Tyler McNicholas is a new addition to the DataRoomZ team, where he serves as the Director of Business Development and Marketing.  Tyler helps us form new partnerships that ultimately improve the client experience at DataRoomZ.com.  Tyler also works hard to create new content, maintain our high quality standards, and make sure that our clients receive great service from DataRoomZ.  Tyler’s background is in marketing, sales, and client services and he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Oregon University.

Douglas Scott serves as the DataRoomZ Director. Doug will most likely be your first point of contact at the DataRoomZ.com, where he works hard to constantly improve the client experience, and maintain our high quality standards.  Currently, Doug is helping us release new articles and a new book on data rooms, and has been involved in the rapid expansion of online services as well.
